Refund Policy

What you can cancel, what you can get refunded, and how to ask. Including your rights if you are in the EU or EEA.

The short version

You can cancel Pro at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong or you bought by mistake, email us and we will help. Customers in the EU and EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal, explained below.

Pro subscription

Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel whenever you want from your billing settings, and you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not, on its own, refund the period you are already in.

If you want a refund on a recent charge, email [email protected] and we will review it.

Hunt Pass

A Hunt Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks advanced tools for a single hunt. Because it grants access to a digital product right away, it is treated as delivered once you start using it. If you have not used what you bought, or something went wrong, email us and we will look into a refund.

EU and EEA 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital services and content like Pro and the Hunt Pass, this right ends once provision of the service begins with your prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal at that point. You give that consent at checkout.

To withdraw within the 14-day window, email [email protected] with your account email and what you bought. We will cancel and refund as required by law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and tell us what you bought and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method.

If you are in the EU and we cannot agree

If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, EU and EEA consumers can seek help through their national consumer protection body and the European Consumer Centres Network at eccnet.eu. Consumers in Romania can also contact ANPC at anpc.ro.
